@dollasignslick Like I think any other character showing up to save Kane and going out for it would have been 10x better. Would have rather had dru or Diana save him and then have moane go out on some revenge shit would have been hard. But we’ll never know …..episode was maybe a 7/10 … maybe
@dollasignslick Cap. her character was great for power cuz she was after the money and power but she wanted that shit for herself that for the kids shit is bull. It wasn’t until after she almost died that she started to act different and barely. The whole gun blazing shit for Kane was weak to me
This bullshit is not the fucking way trials. This weekend was absolute garbage. Checkmate is the way to go. Don’t listen to these special ammo crutch bitch boys
We've seen plenty of feedback and data on PvP special ammo economy as we've tried various options over the past couple of Seasons, with the goal of designing a more robust ammo system for a future season. (1 of 3)
I hate how on the surface Bungie tries to paint themselves as a caring inclusive company, while in reality they’re one of the worst for how they treat their employees, customers and communities.
Wait we’re delaying the final chapter of the 10 year Destiny saga…to put the release date in another fiscal year for Sony to move around their financial projections/numbers??? Oh this is fucked
@DestinyTheGame@BungieHelp@Bungie Your ruining your name and ip and I can’t support anymore. I’ll be refunding final shape and will be done with the franchise and the studio unless y’all figure y’all shit out and stop letting Sony do what they want.
Halo was never "too slow."
One reason some say classic Halo is "too slow" is because they don't understand that FOV greatly impacts our perception of speed.
Halo 2 & Halo 3 had a FOV of around 70 on Xbox. A low FOV makes us see things as being slower than they actually are.
In the video, you can see that a high field of view (right) makes the games feel faster even though the base player movement speed is the same in both videos.
Devs set a FOV of around 60-70 for console games and a higher FOV of around 90-100 for PC games. The ability to change your FOV on console games became common after 2007.
Gamers have become used to a higher FOV, so now when they play a game with a lower FOV, some of them feel the game is too slow. Now consider the fact that a lot of modern shooters are also fast-paced because of advanced mobility. This, combined with a high FOV, has made some people (especially the newer generation who haven’t played shooters during or before the 2007 era) feel the classic Halo games are "unplayable" and "boring" because they're "too slow," when they're not. If the games were "too slow," then they wouldn't have been as successful as they were. Clearly, the formula worked and was enjoyed and loved by tens of millions of people.
Sprint or other advanced mobility mechanics don't necessarily make a game fast-paced, in fact, in some cases, it slows gameplay down. What truly matters and what truly determines the speed of a game is the intensity of the experience.
