@JamiiTelecomLtd I have had a ticket open for one week and to date you can not sort out the issue. When I call I get told someone is working on it or this is a unique issue. What is the issue that you cannot tell clients ?
@NSSF_ke please advise why we are being asked to pay for NSSF on behalf of someone when they have given us an invoice and are not a permanent employee?

@KenyaPower_Care I have been following up since 22nd July 2021 on email and to date no one has come back. I have called and been given the run around. You changed us to a smart meter and the meter readings do not line up with what is on the meter. Kindly advise
