Discover Dr. Joe Dispenza's powerful breathing technique to move energy from your lower centers to your third eye, activating your pineal gland. This process transforms melatonin into DMT, opening the door to profound mystical experiences.
There will never be enough skilled and ethical practitioners to do this work if we keep psychedelic therapy 1:1.
The model of one practitioner for one client cannot reach the millions of people who would benefit from intentional psychedelic use. It also makes it financially prohibitive for many of them.
A new study at The University of New Mexico School of Medicine is testing a way to clear this bottleneck.
Researchers there have launched the Group Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy study, or GPAT, treating PTSD by giving psilocybin to a circle of people, rather than one at a time.
They’re beginning with those who tend to carry trauma for the rest of us. The first participants are veterans and first responders, with women survivors of sexual violence joining later this year.
The study is FDA-approved and aligned with New Mexico's Therapeutic Psilocybin Program, the access-focused framework created by the state's 2025 Medical Psilocybin Act.
Participants receive whole-mushroom psilocybin rather than a synthesized molecule, delivered as chocolates containing 20 or 30 milligrams across two sessions, alongside both group and individual therapy.
Each group is overseen by two licensed professionals, plus two trained peer facilitators who share lived experience with the participants.
That last piece is at the heart of why this research sounds promising to me. The lead researcher makes a simple point: trauma forms in relationship to other people, which is a powerful reason to believe it might heal in relationship to other people too.
I'm glad to see our field slowly remembering that for most of human history, these medicines were taken together, in ceremony, held by a community and guided by someone who had already walked the path.
This is the philosophy behind everything we teach at the Psychedelic Coaching Institute. We train the next generation to “walk the walk” of compassionate psychedelic practice.
Our next cohort begins their 6-month journey this August. A previous cohort is pictured here, at one of our group Intensive retreats in Costa Rica, in circle.
The future of this work looks less like a therapist’s couch and more like a circle. At least, I hope so.
What are you seeing or hearing about group psychedelic work these days?
Many people believe consciousness is fundamental. From that perspective, it isn't odd at all that when we look at matter more deeply, (aka quantum physics experiments), we start seeing signatures of consciousness. It seems so obvious. Why do people think it is weird?
Psychedelic Art will continue to develop in every media as more and more people take these sacred substances. New media will always extend visionary possibilities. New temples based on psychedelic visions will be community refueling stations for the Soul, both virtual and actual. Although I believe that portraying heavenly beings and worlds are the highest mystic function of psychedelic art, there will undoubtedly be inter-dimensional erotic and grotesque psychedelic horror art as well.
Yes I believe that Psychedelic Art has already been affected and will continue to be affected for better and for worse by Artificial Intelligence. My name is a prompt to make Visionary Art that thousands of people have already used, and those iterations also become fodder for the AI bots. My work and the work of countless visionary artists has already been fed into the Googlemonster of data ingestion and will continue to act like yeast, an active ingredient rising through the cultural bread. One of the coolest of far out possibilities is that sensitive brainwave analysis and AI training may allow people to create a way to visualize the theatre of our psychedelic imaginations on a screen in real time.

Microdosing isn’t about seeing God or tripping out—it’s about seeing yourself clearly and without the filters of shame, guilt, or fear.
It’s a gentle yet powerful tool to connect with who you truly are and live in alignment with your Higher Self.
Dr. Joe Dispenza highlights the importance of the pineal gland for accessing higher consciousness. Fluoride can calcify it, but detox, clean living, and breathwork can reactivate it—transforming melatonin into DMT for profound mystical experiences.
Is it healthier to drink tap water and let the fluoride calcify my pineal gland or drink bottled spring water and let micro plastics settle in my balls?
Microdosing is an act of rebellion against a system that profits from your disconnection.
Reconnect with your creativity, intuition, and flow.
Reclaim your power.
If it doesn’t unfold in an unknown, unexpected way, you’re operating in the 3D. Shift to the 5D by embracing vibration and frequency—feel elevated emotions like gratitude, joy, and love. Surrender to the unknown, and watch it amplify into something extraordinary.
Religion told me I was broken.
Psychedelics showed me I've always been whole.
They didn’t fix me—they reminded me of the divinity within.
Imagine the power of a tool that helps you see your true self, free of shame, judgment, & fear.
