@GodrejAppliance Urgent escalation regarding my Godrej refrigerator.

Purchased on 12 Aug 2022 for ₹37,000 (Model: RT EON 366B 25 HCIT).

The issue started within the first few months of purchase, but we initially assumed it was occasional and did not raise a complaint.

For the last 2–3 months, the refrigerator & freezer have effectively stopped working, and our food/vegetables are getting spoiled.

The issue existed within the warranty period, and repeated paid repairs have failed to resolve it.
