Ah, @IltijaMufti_ you know you love your favorite side hustle: turning absolutely any legal dispute into a communal circus (something most K politicians love doing).

​Both the complainant (Rohit Raina) and the accused (Rakesh Handoo) are Kashmiri Pandits.

It’s an intra-community legal case involving a personal and professional feud & not some grand communal conspiracy. Rakesh is being investigated for over amplifying and possibly modifying a genuine threat letter by a separatist / militant organisation. He lives in Faridabad and ignored summons to appear in Baramulla and was hence arrested.

​But of course, you’re trying to use one guy’s cyber-terror arrest to gaslight the entire Kashmiri Pandit community.

Check the facts. Half baked knowlege of the facts followed by communal tweets by someone who may become a CM in the future - we Kashmiris are screwed.

He’s a sitting MP, and just using this example for context, let’s say a woman MP was to face similar harassment in the parliament, are you aware she has no redressal mechanism to get justice? When a PIL was filed in the SC it was dismissed because it would open up a ‘pandora’s box’. We want women in politics but we deny them the safety net.
