I filed a constitutional challenge against the H1B program as applied, and the underlying law.

Here's Why This Matters:

EVERYONE who is injured by the H1B Program can file such a claim. Injury includes loss of prospective economic opportunity.

It can also be nuisance, that is caused to you by companies bringing unwanted foreigners into your community.

Literally the circumstances of each case are bound to be different. This means The Court has little choice but to decide each case on a case-by-case basis.

And that is our Juice-Card. We are Americans. We have Constitutionally-Protected Rights here. People in India do not. EVERY one of us can file such a challenge and there is absolutely nothing that any Indian can do about it. Too fucking bad for them.

The challenge I filed was in U.S. District Court in Washington D.C. directly against government officials.

I am also adding that same challenge to a case against companies where I lost business to the consultancy scam. That will be filed in U.S. District Court in Dallas.

If you lost work due to the Indianizing of your workplace, either by onshore or offshore personnel, consider filing a wrongful termination, negligent hiring, discrimination, or other such employment related claim against the company, and use the unconstitutionality of the H1B Program, or the underlying law, as grounds.

Same for nuisance claims if you are tired of your community being jeeted by some corporate fuckers.

These cases can and should be brought in Federal District Courts across The U.S.

See, because the program and the law are unconstitutional, then the employer had no lawful privilege to bring them here, and as such no protection against claims for the harm they caused by doing so.
