@warriorsworld No, I’m not trading a first for AD idc if LeBron comes or not. The player they should target for 2-3 firsts is Trey Murphy. That’s a bigger needle mover and future security
Warriors cap situation after extending Kristaps Porzingis and De'Anthony Melton presumably opting out.
The LeBron James-Anthony Davis pipedream is still alive.
They would presumably swap Jimmy Butler and picks for Davis. Then they could fit James with $15 million non-taxpayer mid-level under the first apron hard cap IF Draymond Green takes the same contract as Porzingis, and IF they also find a taker for Moses Moody.
Kristaps Porzingis could start as low as $19 million on two years, $40 million.
My projection featuring Anthony Davis and LeBron James at the mid-level exception, while staying under the first apron hard cap, features Porzingis at that amount.
Trail Blazers owner Tom Dundon wants taxpayers to pay the entire $600 million bill for the team's arena renovations.
“It feels like we’re making a pretty big investment by staying here and paying these tax rates," the billionaire said this week in Portland.
With the 1st round complete, 3 guys that had eligibility and opted to remain in the draft that were not selected:
Isaiah Evans (Duke)- Agent Thad Foucher of Wasserman
Henri Veesaar (UNC) - Agent Jason Ranne of Wasserman
Meleek Thomas (Arkansas) - Agent Sam Permut of Roc Nation
Buster Posey said the Giants have discussed Pride Night internally, did not want to discuss it publicly. Asked several times, he circled back to only taking baseball questions. Posey: “Our focus is on the team, the draft, the trade deadline and trying to win games.”
Perfect small ball move that the warriors should’ve down, but they’re a franchise obsessed with home runs or nothing. He’s a rotation player on this roster immediately. Mike dunleavy better hit this 11th pick or he’s outta here
The Oklahoma City Thunder are finalizing a trade to send guard Aaron Wiggins to the Atlanta Hawks for two second-round picks (Atlanta's in 2030 and the least favorable of Hawks/Lakers in 2032), sources tell ESPN.
Zohran Mamdani spoke at a Rikers Island graduation ceremony honoring 57 incarcerated people who earned their high school diplomas.
One graduate, Elijah Smith, said he didn’t expect the mayor to show up, but his presence meant something: “It helped. Someone cares about the incarcerated individuals in this jail.”
Sometimes dignity starts with simply showing up.
These guys are such losers. Wielding scripture as your weapon to be bigoted towards others and then hiding behind it when pressed on why you can’t just let a marginalized group have their night of celebration. Love thy neighbor though, right?
@DubsLead@BleacherReport The Wizards traded for AD with the 30th pick and a top-20-protected Warriors pick in 2030, along with a couple of seconds. How is he now worth a lottery pick? Horrible trade.
Maybe the biggest problem I have with the American right (other than the obvious) is that it is by and large the dumbest people alive that think they’re slicker and smarter than you. Also the cowardice. That’s a big one too.
