LEAKED: Bureau of Prisons Insider Exposes Documents Inside DOJ Proposing Policy Downgrading Child Exploitation from a "High Severity" to a "Low Severity" Offense
A high-level source within the U.S. Bureau of Prisons (@OfficialFBOP) has released a series of internal documents detailing a controversial proposal by the BOP to reclassify child exploitation offenses from "high severity" to "low severity." Additionally, the new policy would classify terrorism-related offenses for female inmates as “low security” and animal cruelty as a “low-moderate” offense.
These changes stem from a draft of the Security Designation and Custody Classification Manual, signed by BOP Director Colette S. Peters. The proposal, outlined in a memo dated January 6, 2025, from Christopher Wade, Chief Labor Relations Officer, to Jennifer Hinton, Labor Relations Specialist, is now under union review. Union leaders are soliciting feedback, but unless the union intervenes, the BOP has the authority to implement this policy unilaterally.
The source who provided these internal BOP documents went on to disclose further concerning details about the agency's internal struggles stating, "I can say with absolute certainty that the BOP is an agency in an existential crisis," emphasizing concern for the agency’s effectiveness and future direction.

Semi truck filled with dead children’s bodies and body parts stuffed into trash bags was found in Mexico.
The woman who found them was found cut up in pieces & stuffed in a suit case.
Where did these children come from? Who did this? Where is the MSM?
With terrorists and IEDs in America, now is the time to be proactive and vigilant. Please urge the federal government to stop funding America's enemies.
$40 million is shipped to the Taliban every week, as we proved on @ShawnRyanShow, at great personal risk.

This Christmas Eve, as we gather with loved ones, it’s worth pausing to reflect on what it truly means to be part of a community. Recently, we saw a horrifying incident on the NYC subway where a woman was set on fire—and no one stepped up to help. This is a moment for us to ask ourselves: Have we lost the essence of what it means to be Americans and neighbors?
I’ve been raising alarms about an impending homeland attack by Al-Qaeda, but the deeper question is this: If tragedy strikes, will we rise to the occasion? Will we render aid as so many heroes did on 9/11, or will we stand idly by, letting fear or indifference paralyze us?
Our nation’s strength has always been rooted in community—helping one another, stepping up in times of crisis, and focusing on what truly matters. But right now, it feels like we’re letting each other down. We’re letting our communities fail.
This Christmas, let’s commit to being better. Let’s focus on what truly matters: each other. We can’t afford to turn away when someone is in need.
We face enemies, but the real threat comes when we forget that our greatest weapon is our unity. Wishing you all peace, love, and the strength to rebuild and fortify our communities in the year ahead.
This self-righteous activist generation, coddled into believing their spoiled vigilante hero, Luigi Mangione, is untouchable, is in for a wake-up call.
Supporting domestic terrorism isn’t activism—it’s a federal crime. Under 18 U.S. Code § 2331, acts intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, or to influence government policy through violence, meet the definition of domestic terrorism.
The era of glorifying lawlessness and excusing criminal behavior as “activism” is over. Justice will no longer bow to mob mentality in this country. It’s time to enforce the law and halt this spiral of indoctrination before it causes irreparable harm.
Three years of hard work have led us to this moment—a small but significant victory for all of you. Here’s what you need to know about what has happened and what lies ahead.
Thank you for your continued support throughout this process, brother. Shawn Ryan (@ShawnRyan762)
@patrickbetdavid Federal law generally prohibits disabling or destroying any UAS because federal rules consider drones to be a form of aircraft. This prevents even state and local law enforcement from any activity that would interfere with the flight of a drone, including shooting it down.
Can you believe this is a US NAVY Recruiting Office in Alhambra, CA? EVERY recruiter here is Chinese, as well as all the people coming to enlist. The working language here is also Chinese.
The video was filmed by a Chinese language YouTuber, and the US NAVY recruiter who took him there to film all this is EN2 QLANG WANG.
In the description box of this video on YouTube, which was uploaded on Dec 1, 2024, QLANG WANG's contact information is provided, and what concerns me is that the first option listed is his WeChat ID. The telephone number of the office comes as the second choice.
As all data on WeChat is controlled by the CCP, this at least gives the CCP access to the personal data of all those who apply to join the US NAVY and who are admitted.
The second question is: Why is this office staffed exclusively by Chinese individuals?
The other day, I shared a video where a Chinese-American military member said that if the US goes to war with China, he would quit the US army because he doesn't want to fight against China.
If all these Chinese people recruited through this office feel the same, what will happen?
And a worse-case scenario is: What if some of them are recruited by the CCP as spies? Or perhaps they already are spies?
One thing I am sure of, from listening to their accent, is that they all come from mainland China, everyone in this video.
And the title of the original Chinese language video is: "How Desperate Are Chinese People to Join the US Military? They're Overwhelming Recruitment Offices, Each with Their Own Reasons for Enlisting"
The Chinese word used is "中國人", which can be translated as Chinese people, or more precisely, people from PRC, or people of PRC. In the mind or subconsciousness of the YouTuber who shot this video, all these people still belong to the PRC.
