Snap Send Solve

The easy and efficient way to notify councils, utilities or other authorities of issues that need addressing in your community.

Bettering shared spaces.

[Snap Send Solve @SnapSendSolve]

Figuring out which council or authority is even responsible for an issue, then hunting down their contact details, is enough to put anyone off reporting altogether 😅

Some views are made for lingering, and this lookout just got the upgrade to match 🌅

This Fix-it Friday goes to @NoosaCouncil, who gave this spot a proper glow-up after a Snapper flagged it.

Sunshine's back, everyone's suddenly outside again, and shared spaces are about to see some serious foot traffic. Bus stops, parks, footpaths; the whole lot's getting a workout.

Keeping our shared spaces sunshine-ready, one Snap at a time.

Payphones are few and far between these days, but the ones we've still got are worth keeping in decent nick; you never know who might need one ☎️

This one had fully melted, looking more like abstract art than anything you'd actually make a call from.

Warmer weather means more kids on bikes, more evening walks, and more families out enjoying the street after dinner 😎

This Fix-it Friday, @WaverleyCouncil gave this faded 50 sign a proper refresh.

Somehow, somewhere, a shopping trolley ended up firmly seated in this playground swing. We have questions. So many questions 🤔

What's the strangest thing you've ever Snapped?

[Snap Send Solve @SnapSendSolve]

This is exactly why we do what we do 🌟

Every Snap is a small way of helping to look out for the community around you, and it's Snappers like Dai who make that happen, one Snap at a time.

This road barrier had a lot to say, none of it official City of Monash messaging.

Fix-it Friday is exactly the day for sorting this kind of thing out, and the @CityofMonash did just that.

Snapped rope. Loose rung. Ladder that's seen better days. Playground equipment takes a beating from years of climbing, swinging, and general kid chaos 🤪

If you spot damage like this at your local playground, it's worth Snapping.

Spot something on your walk that's worth flagging, Snap a photo now, and send it through later once the family outing wraps up.

Parking on the footpath: convenient for the driver, not so convenient for the pram, wheelchair, or pedestrian now stuck walking on the road to get around it.

Ever had to step onto the road because of one of these?

Potholes are never fun to drive over, but they're an easy Snap 🛞

This one went from a road hazard to smooth sailing, all thanks to Snapper Loris taking the time to report it.

If you've spotted a pothole on your street, don't just swerve around it. Snap it!

[Snap Send Solve @SnapSendSolve]

This is exactly the kind of behind-the-scenes work that makes Fix-it Friday one of our favourite days.

@QbnPalerang, fixing up the clasp and getting this swing back in action for its next round of eager park-goers.

Well, this is one way to make the slide more exciting (not the good kind).

Playground equipment takes a beating from weather, wear and tear, and the occasional overenthusiastic Snapper's kid (no judgement).

Reporting an issue to your local council shouldn't feel like a chore, and Snapper Natalie agrees ✨

No more hunting for the right phone number, sitting on hold, or filling out a clunky online form.

Convenience is kind of our whole thing.

One Snapper reported this mess and says it was Solved within 60 minutes, courtesy of @mackaycouncil, who are out Fix-it Friday champions.

Somewhere out there, a cyclist is cruising through without a single swerve.

World Cleanup Day is just around the corner, and we already know our Snapper community is going to show up in a big way 😎

While you're out there doing your bit, keep an eye out for the stuff that's too big, too heavy, or just not safe to lift yourself.

[Snap Send Solve @SnapSendSolve]

Chasing kids down the slide, refereeing the seesaw, and trying to remember whose turn it is on the swings.

Snap a photo the moment you spot it, and send it through later once you're home, kettle on, kids finally sitting still.

Spotted an accidental neighbourhood swimming pool? 🏊‍♂️

While this pothole looks ready for a tiny duck family, it’s actually a major headache for local foot traffic and drivers.

That’s why taking a quick moment to Snap them matters so much.

It’s the little things that keep the neighbourhood feeling like home 🏡

It might seem like a small detail on the back of a street sign, but by Snapping these everyday issues, we help keep our shared spaces looking and feeling top-notch.
