Being bumped into startled him as he seemed to be lost in thought at the time of collision. He's lucky not to have been knocked over himself, as he's not terribly sturdy.

"Aie! What the--?!"

He'd look to Lucy on the ground and pauses.

"Oh, uhh.. You okay?"

He rubs his head a little as if to try and soothe himself, though it doesn't do much of anything for him.
