@BritishGasHelp I just need to cancel one of my service agreements but It seems impossible to do so I I’ve cancelled the direct debit

@BritishGasHelp Why give me options then just take me back to the options. eg To discuss changes select 1 to pay in full 2, to cancel 3 then after selecting 3 select 1 to discuss changes 2 to cancel etc… but you never actually let me actually speak to anyone ABOUT CANCELLING!!!
