I think the issue is that any new players won’t be able to pick those titles up, making the point of entry unobtainable if a game was release completely digital. Also if someone’s account gets hacked or deleted then they just lose all ability to get their games back to redownload. Like yeah you can redownload them, but if they are physically released you could always get a copy that way.
