Any institute or a club funded or supported by government can’t be allowed restrictive and selective use of its facilities. Delhi Gymkhana, Golf Clubs etc all over the country run on free or subsidised huge land parcels provided by the babus ,for the babus and their cohorts only. Others have to wait for memberships till their grand children are born. The IRCTC website is completely broken.

Every day at 10 AM for tatkal, millions get an error message saying "high load, please retry". When the site finally works at 10:07 AM, all the tickets are sold out.

This definitely reeks of corruption. It was not like this even 2 years ago.

बिहार की राजधानी पटना रेलवे स्टेशन पर बाथरूम जाने के लिए भी आपको 30 रुपए देना पड़ता हैं ,

अगर थोड़ा बहस करेंगे तो 20 तो देना ही पड़ेगा , इस लेवल की लूट मची हुई हैं !

एक CRPF का जवान अपने परिवार के साथ थे , उनकी पत्नी और बेटी से भी 30 रुपए के हिसाब से लिया गया , जब इन्होंने सवाल किया तो उनके साथ बदतमीजी भी की गई !

जवान थे तो सिर्फ बदतमीजी की गई , अगर कोई आम आदमी होता तो उसके साथ मारपीट भी हो सकती थी !

सफर के दौरान सबको जल्दबाजी होती हैं कोई बहस करना नहीं चाहता हैं , इमरजेंसी में मुंहमांगा पैसा देना ही पड़ता हैं !

मैं खुद कई बार 20 रूपये दिया हूं पटना स्टेशन पर , क्योंकि वॉशरूम का और कोई ऑप्शन है ही नहीं , जो हैं उसमें वसूली सिंडिकेट चलता हैं !

Booked an @AkasaAir ticket via @agoda and accidentally selected Navi Mumbai instead of Mumbai.

Tried cancelling via Agoda - they showed a cancellation fee of ₹4,764 and refund of just ₹1,571.

Then I checked directly with Akasa Air.

Akasa Air’s own cancellation page shows:
• Total deduction: ₹299
• Refund amount: ₹6,076

Akasa customer care also confirmed the airline cancellation charge is only ₹299, and since the booking was made through Agoda, the refund would go back to Agoda.

So the obvious question:

If the airline is deducting only ₹299, why is Agoda charging me ₹4,764?

That’s an extra ₹4,465 for what exactly?

Charging 15x the airline’s actual cancellation fee for the same ticket feels completely unethical.

@agodaindia please explain this loot.
@AkasaAir passengers deserve transparency from booking partners.
