@MaesterDepot He was in the confederacy for like five minutes before immediately quitting the moment he found out. Jonah Hex’s entire thing is about guilt and shame. Coming from a Mexican/native myself, JH isn’t really bad. Plus I’d love a story line where he gets over the guilt and finally—
@Bronze_Noon@OmegaLiquidX@ghostofkurta The real answer is because the south was his home. He enlisted to protect his home but wears the uniform as a badge of shame. Ironically he was also a slave himself before joining the confederates so when he found out he immediately quit
@HollyHWatson@AcarriaW@AlsaeedYusef@HMBohemond If a tornado can lift up trains like a toddler picking up a goldfish snack, what the hell do you think stone is going to do? Brick, wood, stone, it doesn’t really matter when the death cyclone is ripping through it
@NCoughar This one was like the original one. It was made after the author got fired from Swampthing and inspired by the Jason Todd death vote and overall mistreatment of sidekicks. It’s actually pretty dope albeit very grim and dark.
@ScandalousSnake Eh kinda? The author worked on Swampthing before they axed him for the dark contents. He made this as a genuine criticism of the industry, even using the main villain as a stand in for the readers at our worst. It was mostly inspired by the death of Jason Todd too.
