@help_delhivery My order delivery has an error in contact/phone number. But address is right. I am unable to receive my package as the expected delivery date keeps extending in my tracking details. Apparently delivery person tried to reach out but failed.

Poor support quality in the app. Been waiting for the order for a while and the delivery tracking shows the the partner is at exact same spot for last 35 minutes. Couldn't reach him through as he isn't picking up. No options to further enquire this in app.

@amazonIN We placed an order (New Mobile Phone with exchange) on 30th sept (order no 405-6045394-0326755) and supposed to receive the item yesterday 9PM. But when we received an delivery OTP around 1PM, we requested the guy to come by evening since exchange phone wasn't handy.
