If you respond from your client's inbox to their customers, or if you have a Team Member managing your inbox, do you mention the sender as someone from your team?

If you do, you think it's good idea to add the person's name at least?

@OmnaGupta By default it will assign it to the one who created the record. You can change the person though.

The the condition you mentioned, 'Created by' type is already there in the properties.

When I was initially helping my friend with her business backends, Mail Merge was the first thing I stumbled upon that opened some doors for me to minimise efforts in sending out routine emails to her clients, while also reducing the manual errors.

3. When we need email tracking. Who opens and who doesn’t so we can follow them up as per the tracking. And not everyone gets email after email if they don’t need to.
