Some people are just sadistic.
@BatsouElef Not sure how 'improved' it is exactly. By cutting out some people totally from my life, I've been able to achieve a lot more peace. So many unnecessary conversations that often led to conflicts earlier are now out.
If you respond from your client's inbox to their customers, or if you have a Team Member managing your inbox, do you mention the sender as someone from your team?
If you do, you think it's good idea to add the person's name at least?

@OmnaGupta By default it will assign it to the one who created the record. You can change the person though.
The the condition you mentioned, 'Created by' type is already there in the properties.

3. When we need email tracking. Who opens and who doesnโt so we can follow them up as per the tracking. And not everyone gets email after email if they donโt need to.
