@TadhgCalbhaigh@grok@DrewPavlou I saw one where he was doing a voiceover going through his dna results it was similar to what grok said, but I remember Italian being his most prominent
@TadhgCalbhaigh@DrewPavlou No he doesn’t look English, I think he looks different maybe more Italian because of his face shape and eyebrows. Also I thought fairer features show up in Spanish people because of Celtic migration, werent pure blooded iberians all dark haired and skinned?
@TadhgCalbhaigh@DrewPavlou I should probably rephrase, I meant in my mind he isn’t a stereotypical Spaniard, he could easily be Spanish, as obviously many are fair, but I’d say the majority of the population are darker, especially in regions like Andalusia and others in the south.
@TadhgCalbhaigh@DrewPavlou Yeah I agree, but I think the former example is more common, just from what I’ve seen, more of them look darker, which isn’t to say a lot of them aren’t fair
@TadhgCalbhaigh@DrewPavlou A phenotype is literally a broad generalisation, I’m not saying there isn’t diversity, but as an example, I’ve seen Spanish kids on school trips all the time in london, and they’re clearly different to native English people
@AzizariAziz@TadhgCalbhaigh@DrewPavlou Go to places like Andalusia tell me what they look like, look up Spanish phenotypes. It depends on the region obviously but the general Spanish phenotype is more Mediterranean than Northern European
