#RuneScapeSupport has to be one of the most slow and painful processes I have been through with gaming. It takes forever for a response. People randomly getting banned for no reason. Then it taking over a week to hear back while you are PAYING them for the membership. Unlucky

@JagexSupport has some of the slowest response times. I’m losing real money just sitting here waiting for responses and membership just running out. There are so many clear bots in this game and so many of us get false bans. Just chilling with my GIM doing chunk task and banned.

3: Make the wipe eventful and bring new content, items, bosses. This is open world but it feels everyone is running circles or grinding the same dungeon skips for gear… make it more diverse and let us get gear other ways and enjoy all aspects not the same thing over and over! GL

Hey @playnewworld the only way you will make this game work is a few easy steps!

1: Have dedicate non-wipe and seasonal wiped servers so people feel they can fight for land again.

2: make all dlc free just add a season pass (which can be $15 and earned season to season if done)
