@currermell@jaqui4 She doesn't understand school policy vs state law either. Remember 70% of all people are just sheep. Not their fault they are just stupid and you can't fix stupid.
Knives with blades 6 inches or shorter are explicitly excluded from the definition of "deadly weapon" in the concealed weapons statutes. This means ordinary knives (folders, fixed blades, etc.) are broadly unrestricted for carry. This is Idaho state law. So a 5" blade is not conscidered ad deadly weapon in Idaho. Dumb ass tried to tell me 2.5 inch blades were illegal here LMFAO.
@jaqui4@currermell Having a weapon on you is not intent. Now, if he started a fight and you can prove he started it with the intent to stab that is one thing. But just having a weapon on you proves nothing.
Not where I live dumb fuck. Hell I go to parent teachers conference with a knife on me all the time. Even walk into the county building armed. Just this last month, they checked for weapons because some one threatened a judge, and well we just check them in at the front pick them up on our way out.
Must really suck living the life you live.
