The overnight/early morning brought about another snowfall. Total accumulation is approximately 1 cm which isn't enough to trigger a cleaning. However, if anyone requires a touch-up please reach out.
Another system is inbound, destination Winnipeg around Monday/Tuesday stretching out into Wednesday. The bulk of it forecasted for the latter and, if it's so, would make for a late in the day Wednesday or early Thursday clean-up. The weather model could very well change.
More wind than snow, but a bit of a mess none the less. Some properties will have hardly been affected while others quite contrary. We're going to head into the route as the winds taper, around noon, and touch things up where needed.
It's getting ugly out there, forecast is only calling for 1 cm, but it looks like an underestimation. If we hit the 2.5 cm threshold we will be out and about tomorrow cleaning up.
There was a brief snowfall today that brought approximately 1cm of snow which doesn't meet the threshold for a cleaning. However, if anyone requires a touch-up please reach out.
More snow, and another cleaning imminent. We will wait out the winds in the morning before we start the route, approx 9-1130am. Wrap out should be by 9:30pm latest.
Good morning. Last night brought a dusting of snow accompanied by moderate winds which amounted to approximately 1cm of accumulation. Not enough to trigger a cleaning, but if you feel a touch-up is necessary please reach out.
Good afternoon, we received some fairly strong winds yesterday evening into the overnight. This has caused minimal drifting of snow into driveways and walkways. If you are in need of a courtesy touch-up please let us know.
Unfortunately this feed has been taking a back seat to email notifications. However, these only go out when we are planning a cleaning. We didn't hit the trigger point to initiate a cleaning this time time. Measurements show less than 1.5cm's average depth.
Thank you to everyone for signing up with us this season. Going forward we will be using Twitter to notify of clearing operations (of course in conjunction with the ongoing batch email notification). We will be heading onto the route shortly.
We are heading out to perform act 2 of the Blizzard clean-up this afternoon. We expect to finish by later this evening. We had performed act 1 Wednesday evening (as was indicted in the mailer).
Approximately 2cm of snow fell. Not enough to trigger a cleaning, however blowing snow may pose a problem for some. Please reach out if you need a touch up. Otherwise it looks like we're in for 5cm on Saturday.
We received just under 1cm of snowfall over night. Under the 2.5cm trigger point. At this point the forecast is indicating approximately 1 cm for Tuesday.
We are going to be getting started on the route now that the blowing snow has stopped. Your patience is valued as we battle this beast of a blizzard that we recieved.
More snow on the way tonight into Friday early morning (5cm). Strong winds are forecasted to follow until the evening so we would have to wait those out before a cleaning. More snow on the way starting early Saturday. An approach will be formulated once the first system passes.
