@rfantazio It's just a begining so Char will make appearance again so if he will appear again it wouldn't hurt them to have 3D model for him ready because it's not just for one time use only.
The illusion/dream section could use Char's model but still using Philip lol

The story tried to fit their condition with no 3D model ready.

They bite more than can chew with the high quality 3D model (overconfident)making them not able to put more resources for NPC even the important one.

@Conckreet It's really a questionable decision that they made to added this in second half of 1.2 instead of 1.1 when they introduced Cuprium & Sewage.
1.2 factory kept running into problem due to overproducing.
It's all caused because to produce the main source of power required sewage.
