Wild, Long, Vista-Heavy Terrain in Patagonia This Week! Our plan was a large east facing chute that ended up having a Class 3 Avalanche (capable of destroying small wood frame buildings) release the previous day at the top of the chute which led to the chute being chalk full of horrendous avy debris. Scary... We kept our avalanche antenna on high alert, dug pits, and kept it on the mellow side. The weather was spectacular, and we didn't waste a minute of it. Every time we hit a ridgeline, we see more lines we need to ski...The only tracks you see in this video were ours. We met 2 great Chileans named Cris and Sebas who were too cool 😎 . ¡Gracias, Chile!
