@berkey11 @VenetianPoker Im from Australia and have dealt at the start in Sydney where I think this originated? I was trained there back in 2011 and I also worked at the crown in Melbourne where they used traditional pitching. I can say the slide is much better in every way (1/2)

@berkey11 @VenetianPoker Repetitive strain injuries are a HUGE problem in dealing and nit having to hold the deck constantly and have both hands available so you don't have to reach across with the wrong arm is a huge plus

@berkey11 @VenetianPoker Obviously once the dealer gets used to it there really isn'tmuch speed difference, but it's much easier on the dealer physically and less mistakes. But the biggest benefit is during play the dealer has both hands available to cut down bets muck cards etc
