@taurus1984_@NHLTVSupport I raised a support ticket through the site and they came back to me in about 12 hours and released the duplicate amount that they held on my card. I'm not sure they use Twitter anymore
@GiboAgain@SkyHelpTeam@XboxSupport Sky have removed Extra from all accounts and you can only get it with multiroom now regardless of the specifics of your existing services or contract. Give them a call and they will explain that to you
