@BlackAndGold277 It’s the instant gratification crowd unfortunately…he is a highly skilled and talented player, everything this team and system needs, let him continue to develop, it will be worth it in the end
@conroyherald Correct & that part is on management. You know what you have with him in your system and they seem to add bottom 3 forwards in FA fairly consistently. Would like to see those rolls filled from within, again seems to be a couple of guys in Providence that can fill those rolls
@BlackAndGold277@MarkDivver I don’t get a chance to see Providence games, & his winning % has been extremely good while there, as an honest question, has winning taken more of a priority over developing or is it the fact that the players themselves have just not taken the next step in their development?
@Sweenius@BruinsShedCrew@Marcussi_MA@BruinsBenders Obviously the goal scoring makes him a very good prospect but his overall compete level is what I like about him, always seems to be in the middle of things. Love that.
@TianoDom27109 Obviously the 2 forwards listed get the most attention, but Groenewold’s game with his size is very intriguing to me. As a 4th rounder I think there is legitimate upside to him as well.
@rcduthie@AndrewRaycroft 6th round flyer on a guy with Reichel's pedigree and skill set is a good roll of the dice. The @NHLBruins pro scouting has been very good the last few years at targeting these type of guys.
@thesheethockey@SEllisHockey@JeffMarek Can't change now, George is their guy. He has shown in other tournaments how he can step up and can be dominant. Team was a train wreck defensively against Finland early on. I thought he looked more confident and composed after the 1st.
@MurphysLaw74@sickpodbruins@bruinsvibeshost Liked his game for different reasons yesterday. Willingness to be in the dirty areas for his 1st, and the abilty to snipe coming off the rush from distance. He had a feistiness to his game which was good to see. Can see why he was a target in the Coyle deal.
@IvanIvanlvan Friedman doesn't just throw stuff out there...question is if you are an @NHLBruins fan, what return makes sense for the B's, he is not in last year of contract so no rush to move him
@scottcwheeler Long term project pick, in reality it really should be his freshman year. You can already see the improvement in his game. His skating is very good, physical play is improving and the offensive skills are certainly there. High risk/reward pick trending in the right direction
@KennyKaminsky@BNGProductions@AHLBruinsReport On a team that has been screaming for more skill, rushing judgement on him and moving on too quickly would be a huge mistake. Too many people want instant results, a little patience and it will pay off with him, IMO.
@plaverty24@BruinsCapSpace My question with him is why did he sign that deal? You would have to think some type of promise or guarantee was given? If not, with the interest in him I'm sure he gets the same deal with a better opprtunity elsewhere
@KennyKaminsky@TCalauttis Going to be a really good middle 6 guy in time, dog on a bone mentality, great motor, has the tools to produce offensively as well
@ConorRyan_93 I like the fact they are taking a chance on a RS D with skill, good AHL/SHL #'s, may or not work out, not many guys like him in the system & potentialky NHL ready, Mast and a 7th is worth a shot
@BruinsNetwork Liked his game against London, effecient with the puck, physical, good stick, played calm and composed. Has the look of a 5/6 good PK guy in time
