Been digging into @fablesfi and I think the biggest use case might actually be tokenised stocks. 🧙♂️
$PROLOGUE
The TLDR Thesis
The tech already exists for people to trade tokenised stocks 24/7, the problem is there is not enough 24/7 liquidity.
Why would an LP provide liquidity at 3am on a Saturday when the underlying market is closed and they’re taking massive gap risk, but getting paid the same fee as during market hours? Naturally, there’s very little incentive to LP during off-hours where they can't hedge and thus liquidity sucks.
Fables is addressing this exact problem by dynamically pricing LP fees based on the risk they’re taking. More risk = more compensation. That could make it economically viable for LPs to provide liquidity when traditional markets are closed, which in turn means deeper liquidity trading tokenised stocks 24/7.
It is THE secret ingredient towards Vlad's dreams for a 24x7 onchain RWA market on RH.
Part 2 of my op-ed on @fablesfi 🧙♂️
$PROLOGUE
Why do we need 24/7 liquidity?
Because real-world events don’t wait for markets to open. Wars. Elections. Tariffs. Earnings. Hacks. Policy decisions. Shit happens on Saturdays and Sundays too.
And when the underlying market is closed, there’s no liquidity to properly price the new information.
So Monday comes around and the market gaps. 24/7 markets without 24/7 liquidity don’t really solve the problem. You just move the volatility to the open.

Because humans get emotional.
Humans get excited.
Humans fall in love with their bags.
Humans watch a 10x turn into a 20x and start planning their retirement instead of taking some fucking profit.
