I am honored to ride in memory of Trooper Werner Foerster. He worked for the New Jersey State Police. He was shot and killed with his own service weapon after backing up another trooper who had stopped a vehicle on the NJ Turnpike.

My name is George Beshai. I’m a D3 at Newton Division with the LAPD. One of my closest friends, Benjamin Vargas, is a SGT with Long Beach PD. Turns out Jonah is his cousin.
I never knew Jonah but I am riding in honor of him and his surviving family.
I am honored to ride in memory of Sergeant Matthew Horton of the Ocean County Sheriff’s Office (NJ). Sgt. Horton tragically passed away at the age of 41 after contracting COVID-19 in the line of duty. He is survived by his wife and four children.
