2: be kind &caring to yourself in response to the feeling (explore w curiosity rather than judgement & ask what do I need to address this?)
Nutrition facts about carrots:
- Excellent source of Vitamin A (as beta carotene)
-Good source of Vitamin C⠀
-Good source of fiber. Just one 7" carrot contains ~8% of daily fiber needs.⠀
-Contains a small amount of naturally occurring sugars, like ALL plant foods.
Even if you long for a body change, I challenge you to acknowledge that and STILL walk away from the temptations to join in the diet culture practices going on around you. We all know where that story ends: the diet industry gets richer and we lose more time, money and energy. ⠀
Marketing a food by providing an exercise required to ‘burn if off,’ is unsound for so many reasons
Calories are labeled with a 40% accuracy range
Every human processes food/calories, differently
Energy expenditure varies for the same activity in different bodies
