They can require an agent to physically check them or they can use the honor system and force all repair shops to record and report them during any repairs or maintenance. Then if you lie they can fine you or worse.

@AsmJeffGonzalez Your insurance companies would tell them the miles you drive. They would just make reporting miles mandatory for all drivers/insurance companies.

@AsmJeffGonzalez I admit 1421 doesn’t impose a tax. It does commission a study to do it. They wouldn’t be studying it if they weren’t interested in doing it. They are going to show their “findings” January 2027 AFTER ELECTIONS. Too late to be held accountable. Vote out anyone who supports 1421.
