We’ve lost 30% of our purchasing power in the last 6 years and somehow, everyone just accepted it.
We literally were made 30% poorer so the government can spend trillions.
A bank won’t approve a $1,000,000 mortgage for someone making $100k a year.
A dealership won’t finance a $75,000 car for someone earning $35k.
But an 18 year old can take on $250,000 in student debt for a degree that leads to a $40,000 salary.
No credit check. No income verification. No reality check.
We let kids who can’t rent a car make six figure financial commitments that can follow them for decades.
Then we ask why so many young adults struggle to get ahead.
The bank protects its money.
The dealership protects its money.
The university gets paid.
And the student gets the debt.
If we’re calling Josh Allen the best player in the league after 2 weeks and calling the bills the favorite in the afc after 2 games can we please not say he has no help when he loses in the divisional round
The way that the Titans media have been treating Cam Ward needs to be investigated because, number one, how does your own home-team media have more criticism and more bad things to push and promote about the No. 1 draft pick and, right now, the Titans’ franchise quarterback than anybody else?
If Cam Ward does not play like a Pro Bowl quarterback, and he doesn’t play like the greatest quarterback of all time, then he is to blame for everything that the Titans are doing.
I think, number one, Paul sucks at his job, and that was disgusting for him to say such idiotic things to another grown man who is not only trying to be a better quarterback but is also taking accountability for not playing up to the standard that he knows he can play at.
How do you ask somebody something so foolish like this?
The question from the reporter to #Titans QB Cam Ward is phrased very disrespectfully in that it feigns lack of knowledge that football is a team sport & that a QBs performance is also dependent on many others.
Now I watched that game from beginning to end & the broadcasters made many comments throughout about the improvements also needed on the OLine, and on how much more Ward was rushed all day in comparison to Geno Smith—among other issues contributing to the offenses’ inability to sustain drives.
Was Cam Ward 100% perfect? No.
But from the entirety of the game I watched, Ward most definitely didn’t deserve the phrasing of this question—though to his credit he handled it professionally.
No issue with being critical; that’s the job. Being Disrespectful? Yes, and this was that, in my opinion.
Cam Ward: “I think I’m a very good quarterback. I do a lot of things different that other quarterbacks can’t do”
Reporter: “Doesn’t a very good quarterback have better results than you have?”
