@IcySedgwick For all art & crafts I brew myself an extra strong, extra large mug of tea & say a prayer to a personal deity of beauty that my work be pleasing to the eye. I also often, but not every time, burn incense. For fiber arts I breathe on the yarn and whisper good things to it.

@SailorAstera Everyone always asks me how my knitting is going (I'm crocheting). I teach myself to knit and everyone asks me if I'm crocheting. I don't think you're the only one lol. Knitting generally uses 2 or more pointed sticks(needles). Crochet usually uses a single hook.
