@XfinitySupport surprise-1 hour and 33 mintutes and 13 seconds still on hold for a supervisor....but the plot thickens and I called from my work line...on hold there for 23 min 39 seconds before they dropped me on hold!!
@xfinitysupport since I'm on hold now for a supervisor because the agent who sees that I called on 1/9 cannot honor a worse deal that apparently got worse--so put the customer on hold until I drop seems to be the plan.
@xfinitysupport 5yr/50 dollar internet for NEW customers and nothing for PLATINUM members who called 2 weeks ago and willing to pay 85/month by forcing NOW streaming...but today? 116/mo b/c your agent didn't call back?
@XfinitySupport how is it that a PLATINUM customer is on hold for 1 hour and 8 seconds b/c your agent quoted a number on 1/9 failed to call when scheduled on 1/16 and now the promo is over?

@PANDORA_NA Tried to DM--not working: made 2 purchases of 2 bracelets. 1st order came with 2 gift boxes. REPEATED same order....shipped with both shoved into 1 gift box. So my fault b/c I assumed the repeat would ship the same way when apparently I had to ASK for gift boxes at Christmas?

@yashar This recent HS graduate--at birth his lungs did not inflate, fought the CPAP and popped his lung--I walked into NICU to my infant's resuscitation with an ambu-bag--nurses saved me (and him) with their faith in the resiliency of babies and they were right! ❤️
