- students having teachers who are burnt out.

- students having teachers who are struggling to survive so they have to work another job.

- students not having the resources that they need.

We can't blame teacher burn out and attrition just on the pandemic. It hasn't helped, but teachers burned out without support, encouragement, and appreciation. They need to be valued and engaged as professionals.

In Iowa, they are considering putting cameras in classrooms to stream. I think this is an excellent idea as parents will be able to see what happens in classrooms when all the teachers quit.
