CST and IS staff have stabilised the school network again - but investigations continue to locate and resolve the root cause of this morning's outage. We apologise again for the impact this has had on your work.

IS are aware of an issue affecting the availability of a number of hosted University services, including IDM/VRS, EUCLID, Front Office, Wiki, and IS Alerts, among others. This is being investigated urgently.
Information Services are aware of an ongoing general issue with Turnitin. This is being investigated by the vendor. A service alert for this has been added at https://t.co/S7aDjN4Qy4
This morning's general login issues have now been resolved by the affected accounts being re-enabled. The service alerts for each service have been completed.

IS are aware of issues currently with the Eddie compute cluster login nodes being unavailable. Uni users are not able to log into the service at the moment. The ECDF team are investigating and an alert has been raised at https://t.co/KYRXRWblTz
