@UberUKI_Support I fully comprehend what you are saying. My comprehension is not the issue here, what is an issue is that when I phoned that phone number twice, they were rude and did not provide a satisfactory response. Yet your answer is to phone them again, which is a very unhelpful response.

@UberUKI_Support This is the number I have already phoned twice. These are the people who have refused to refund more than £2.34, refused to give me the name of the person I spoke with on the first call and refused to provide me with an email address to contact anyone who might actually help.

to refund more than £2.34, a fraction of what was paid! Not to mention the £3.99 delivery fee for something I can’t even eat. They have also refused to provide a name for the person I spoke to, or an email address to complain.

Missing items and stone cold inedible food, but refusal to refund what was paid.

Over a month now since I first started trying to contact @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople and still I am being completely ignored. No response to emails or messages, unable to get through on the phone, what are customers supposed to do? Their idea of customer service is terrible.

@ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople how are your customers actually supposed to speak to someone? I’m on a FIXED tariff, in credit, and should be receiving the £400 government scheme, yet you’ve decided to increase my DD without any justification and will not allow it to be reduced!

@itvMLshow what should you do if you’re on a fixed rate (until 2024), are in credit, but have had your DD increased by your energy provider and they’ve made it impossible to speak to someone or to revert your DD back? @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople
