@UberUKI_Support I fully comprehend what you are saying. My comprehension is not the issue here, what is an issue is that when I phoned that phone number twice, they were rude and did not provide a satisfactory response. Yet your answer is to phone them again, which is a very unhelpful response.

@itvMLshow what should you do if you’re on a fixed rate (until 2024), are in credit, but have had your DD increased by your energy provider and they’ve made it impossible to speak to someone or to revert your DD back? @ScottishPower@SP_EnergyPeople
