We are committed to helping women scientists & will raise sponsorship to hold a 2026 event

The bad news? 😩

Only 43% of women have ever asked for a pay rise at work, according to jobs site Indeed which surveyed 14,500 women around the world.

The good news? 🎉

Of those women who *had* asked for a pay rise, three out of four (76%) received an increase.
