The tunnels under Gaza have been around for decades.

Their primary purpose?

To sneak in food and supplies for Palestinians because Israel blocks shipments and transfers by land, water and air.

Israel “left Gaza in 2005” only after bombing its only airport.

So Palestinians are literally stuck with nowhere to go, and if they leave they have no right to return.

Bombing tunnels is more about control and ethnic cleansing than self-defense.
