If I am trying to watch a stream and get a going live noti and open it to a starting soon screen, I am closing that stream and going to another one.
IMO even you sitting there full cam doing whatever it is you would need to do during that "starting soon" section is better
UNLESS the starting soon is for some type of event/hyped up stream outside of your normal streams, then I could see it making sense but would not do it for over 10 MAYYYYBEE 15 minutes. (and I'm basing that maybe 15 on tournaments starting the broadcast with a 15 minute countdown timer, I would think they have the data to say thats a good amount of time for a situation like that)
