I do get that. But if the other OEM engineers can’t figure it out, there is a “if you can’t beat ‘em / join ‘em” saying to concede and provide the value to their customers. Some OEMs Hyundai, Kia, etc have committed to going with more not less integration with Apple CarPlay Ultra

Getting closer! 4 days later they have Texas plates (these are in San Diego). Highest VIN I got was #2172. Steering wheel is def quick connect and seems to have a removable dash trim piece to cover the steering bracket when not in use @SawyerMerritt @JoshWest247 @RobotaxiRadar

Found 15 Cybercabs staged in San Diego with other Teslas. With steering wheels /pedals. Steering column looked like a quick disconnect. I think it is using the same tech as Cybertruck and only used if needed by service techs? @SawyerMerritt @JoshWest247 @Gfilche @DillonLoomis
