Kenyans deserve better than having the risks associated with treating Ebola patients transferred to their country. The safety, health, and security of Kenyan citizens should be a top priority, and any decisions involving infectious disease treatment.
For Kenyans rejecting the Ebola Quarantine deal for American Citizens, I offer a different perspective.
Kenya is already a high risk country for Ebola considering the proximity to the current cases and common trade and travel routes.
It will most likely reach Kenya regardless if the deal was accepted or not.
There will be a U.S. quarantine facility in Africa …regardless if it reaches Kenya or not.
Which country would you rather have the 80 Million Dollar U.S. Quarantine Facility with all the latest tools and resources necessary to treat and contain Ebola patients?
