Told u in February that Liverpool would sign Isak in a British transfer record and walked u through exactly how they would fund the deal.
They should hang this in the Louvre Museum, Paris.
Liverpool are going to win the league then raise money from Nunez and Diaz sales and break the British transfer record for Isak. If they also manage to renew Van Dijk and Salah what a position of strength they will be in ahead of next season.
The good thing for Arsenal is this is probably Pep's worst City team in terms of quality, style & domination. This version of City are not daunting at all. Still confident Arsenal finally get the job done although do expect both teams to continue dropping unexpectant points.
Check Pep's record in close title races, he never loses them. When he's lost a race its always by a fair distance. But when it gets close he just doesn't lose. His teams just know how to be cold & laser focused. Its a travesty Arsenal have allowed this race to get this tight.
Having worked at Chelsea I have a good understanding of the inner workings there but events over the last week have stunned me. In no world should U18's assistant Callum McFarlane be promoted ahead of the actual U18's coach, Hassan Sulaiman who's been at the club for 18 years.
@mbsmith1980@Potentsports Joe shields mate gets a job in the coaching staff then also Joe shields mate gets to jump from u28s assistant to u21s manager when Hassan sulaiman has been earning his stripes for a few years. Yeah not suspect at all.
🚨 Amidst multiple academy structural changes, Chelsea are set to appoint Dan Hogan as the new U18s Head Coach.
Hassan Sulaiman will no longer lead the 18s, and will soon work with the loan group.
Hass has been coaching at Chelsea since 2008.
Joe brought in good friend Callum McFarlane from Southampton U21's to be an U18's assistant. A backward's career move...well unless you've been assured a swift promotion? As soon as the opportunity came Hassan was overlooked & nepotism was activated.
In his 18 years at Chelsea, Hassan has shown he is a highly distinguished coach. Earned his pro licences, influential in developing talent at the club & won the U18's PL South in 23/24. Its a terrible shame he hasn't earned the recognition through progression in his role.
Wharton has this really special ability of passing first time, long & short through the lines with such precision. Its an elite level attribute that creates so many opportunities to open a team up.
Cristiano didn't accompany the Saudi King to the US to meet Trump & infantino for recreation. Trade relations between Saudi & US would have on the agenda of course but there would have been a few other things to discuss too. This is what real power and influence looks like.
Cristiano Ronaldo has avoided a suspension for the start of next summer’s World Cup after FIFA handed the Portugal captain a three-match ban, with the final two games suspended for “a one-year probation period”.
Ronaldo was sent off in Portugal’s penultimate World Cup qualifier against the Republic of Ireland for swinging an elbow at Dara O’Shea in an off-the-ball incident.
The red card meant Ronaldo would automatically serve a one-game ban, ruling him out of Portugal’s final World Cup qualifier against Armenia, but the suspension was extended by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee, who deemed the offence worthy of a longer three-game ban.
However, the committee ruled that the final two matches of Ronaldo’s extended ban would be suspended “under a one-year probation period”, meaning he will avoid missing any further fixtures provided he does not commit “another infringement of a similar nature”.

You won't find a team have a more comfortable evening playing 70 mins with 10 men. United with 1.6 xG from 6 shots on target is what you would expect from a Championship team against 10 man Everton.
N'Diaye's close control and ball manipulation in tight spaces continues to impress. Genuine street baller as his story attests. Can't be many better dribblers in the division.
@todocampista8 Travelled world doing what u sit on internet doing lol. X is tiring bcos u have 'prisoners of moment' messaging u thinking they're clever. I had people discrediting me when I was hyping Salah, Sterling, Trent, Olise etc when in low moments. We don't evaluate if right/wrong at 22.
@todocampista8 Oh brother, your're sitting on the internet in SA with v.basic real football understanding lol. MU were chasing PL/UCL under SAF & signed 'b & c' list talents in Forlan & Chicharito. Plenty more examples across Europe over yrs. Aspirational clubs have & will continue to do this.
@todocampista8 I get it now, there is a clear misunderstanding on your part of what Chelsea currently are lol. Chelsea do not have serious aspirations for PL/UCL & I don't know what has given you any impression that Chelsea are ideologically any more than a development club under this ownership
@todocampista8 Yes Delap was the best young CF in the PL last season. Chelsea's overall spending/model is another discussion but £30m on Delap makes a lot of sense as a developmental CF even if Chelsea were flourishing. If he develops well then great, if he doesn't Chelsea can discard w/o loss.
