Practice shouldn’t mean torment. Players shouldn’t hate being there. They should be working hard in a productive environment that they enjoy. It doesn’t have to be one way or the other. Structure your practices where kids are not only learning, but they want to grow & improve!

Genuinely one of the best officiating experiences ive had.
