Practice shouldn’t mean torment. Players shouldn’t hate being there. They should be working hard in a productive environment that they enjoy. It doesn’t have to be one way or the other. Structure your practices where kids are not only learning, but they want to grow & improve!
@THEChrisKessell @edgeofcoaching @SoccerEclipse The girls team I had won the cup actually. Think they only got scored on 1-2 times the whole tournament.
@THEChrisKessell @edgeofcoaching When I was a ref for the USA Cup in Minnesota I actually got assigned to ref @SoccerEclipse ! Fantastic club, parents never said a word, coaches were some of the nicest I've ever had.
Genuinely one of the best officiating experiences ive had.
AND THEY WERE SO GOOD.
Thank you @SoccerEclipse for helping me grow into the player I am. I will always have a special place in my heart for the club that got me into competitive soccer 💛💜⚽️
Congrats to all 16 @SoccerEclipse Teams for their fantastic play and competition at AYSA State Cup in Fairbanks this past weekend! Eclipse had 9 teams in Finals Sunday! 4 punched their ticket to the Far West Regionals by winning 🥇! Congrats to ALL of our players and families!
