This teacher has not left the shores of Nigeria before, but this week he will be going on an all-expenses-paid trip to Rome, Italy, because the student he taught did well at the 2026 South East Maths Olympiad and gave him the opportunity.

A real man doesn’t prove his strength by overpowering a woman. He proves it by controlling himself when every emotion is screaming for him to lose control.
The saddest part of domestic violence is that the wounds aren’t only carried by the victim. Children witness it. Families carry it. Generations remember it. Long after the shouting ends and the bruises heal, the trauma still remains.
If your love can turn into violence, it was never love tbh it was all control disguised as affection.
Let’s do better & may I also add that being an authoritarian in a relationship is not also the flex that you think it is as well.
