Pulling people back to Main Street with a Mickey and the Magic Map type show would change lives and help the Main Street stores and entertainment.

We’ve seen many things announced at D23 parks panels that never end up happening.
But one I wish did was the theater that was going to be built on Main Street at the Magic Kingdom.

It was unveiled at D23 in July 2017 as a new live venue modeled after a 1920s theater. Early site prep began in late 2017, but work stalled and was pulled from active plans by mid 2018.

I read that funds shifted toward other big projects like Galaxy's Edge and the EPCOT overhaul. But this would have been a big time people eater, and a nice place to cool off and watch a great show.

Saving Mr. Banks is such a great and underrated movie. I saw it in the theater when it came out and many times since. I’m not sure why it didn’t get much buzz when it was released and still doesn’t.

Disney has always offered value on quick service for sure.

Hot take perhaps, but Six Flags should ditch their DC license (or sell them to Universal) and retheme all the DC rides to regionally appropriate
