Increasingly grumpy 50 something. One public broadcaster. One investigation that could change everything.

It does appear as though you don't believe in UFOs, but do you also not believe in NDAs and the consequences for an individual contravening the Espionage Act and revealing classified information?
Imagine for a moment this wasn't baseless as a thought exercise. And the US government has chosen to cover it up, perhaps they would install security to prevent someone leaving a facility with a chunk of UFO to show to the press?
Or prevent you from handcuffing a grey and dragging them perhaps to maybe the same press conference.
Maybe there's a feasible scenario where whistleblowers are telling the truth and prefer not to break oaths and the law, even though it appears some of these secrets have deliberately evaded Congressional oversight.
The click-bait potential of yesterday's press conference with science fiction mirroring factual events in the real world just before the release of the movie Disclosure Day is immense.
Why then is the mainstream so far ignoring the money?

I am on the same page in many ways. I very much doubt aliens and UAP are the real issue.
It is now from the many and various sources in both the science and spiritual worlds converging that a more holistic version of reality may emerge - but when it does emerge, I still think it will be blurry.
I wouldn't instantly believe revelations from an NHI source.
The Telepathy Tapes for me have been a source of great interest in this debate - they don't seem to be taken seriously, and the debunking efforts have been very effective.
But if you absorb all of their material, you should at least keep an open mind to the possibility that they are close to proving consciousness isn't tied to the physical body.
Personally, for whatever reason for about 14 years from 18 to my early 30s, I frequently had spontaneous soul and body separation.
Quite frankly they were mundane experiences in the main just floating around the bedroom.
And I agree, nothing provable as its a personal experience. But for me, although I still give credence to the possibility of hallucination, it was a very real, conscious experience.
The aliens, are probably like the nearly 200 countries on planet earth - multiple cultures - and even within those species, sub-cultures potentially - all with different goals and viewpoints.
Why we would lump them all into benevolent or malevolent is beyond me - that's far too simplistic.
But by far the biggest issue for me, which few talk about, is our survival instinct. I have read about many NHI encounters and spotted a theme here and there - indifference to their own survival.
If we are eternal souls, we are very much trapped in a constant internal monologue if we stop and actually listen to our thoughts. Most of them are derivations of survival instinct chatter - our fears.
The DNA controls us and enslaves us with this survival programming - which is at least partly redundant if the soul persists beyond bodily death.
And it extends to talk of NHI being malevolent or benevolent - we are interested because we want to know if they are a threat to us.
It may not really matter if they are or aren't. Maybe this is basically a video game. Part of us is elsewhere wearing the spiritual (or technological) equivalent of a VR headset.
Quantum encoding may be rendering an immersive experience that our current grasp of technology cannot fathom.
And we are simply in a game! Who really knows? Maybe the NHI do - but will we believe them?
@thatuapgirl I just love dogs. We got a rescue greyhound. They are more highly evolved souls than people. They are just full of joy, love and fun...seeing a greyhound bouncing with excitment then running around a park is a privilege...
@thatuapgirl And there are people - the whistleblowers - many of whom have had careers ruined and are financially struggling now because they did the right thing. It disgusts me that lazy minded people quite casually sit there scoffing and making public judgements and accusations.
Does Ross have any thoughts on the potential cross-over with the NHI and UAP topic from the DMT experiments and seeing "code" within laser beams, the group of intravenously administered DMT "travellers" who go together to other realms and actually map them, and see any connection?
The non-speakers in the Telepathy Tapes report meeting NHI on "The Hill" - the spiritual place they claim to meet mainly other autistic non-speakers. Now imagine, as they claim, Ky Dickens gets peer-reviewed proof from their upcoming movie that telepathy is real, where is the journalistic line drawn if Ross where to quiz an NHI being through one of the non-speakers? Of course telepathy being real does not prove he would be communicating with an alien, but I wonder what questions Ross would pose?
I'd imagine some NHI species are indifferent to us - like how we ignore ant culture and the goings on within it (mostly).
But there may be a Star-Trek like non-interference policy between NHI and us.
What if there's a scenario or trigger which makes them decide to reveal themselves to us?
Maybe that's me - wishful thinking because I can't see governments voluntarily coming clean.

Call me a cynic, but I suspect Nasa had 2 teams for the Artemis moon mission:
1) A team of people preparing rockets etc and planning the expedition
2) A team of movie makers, preparing the footage of the moon in advance with nothing anomalous in sight. Most of their time spent on ensuring it evades any AI detection software
Do you think they will beam anything live for real? Or do you think Team 2 has already shot what we'll see?

If there is a replacement, all efforts should be made to create distance from the Pentagon and their influence. Put Grusch in charge. Give them the clearance they need to stop being rebuffed - e.g. Bob Salas when he testified and AARO couldn't push past the responses they got when they half-heartedly attempted follow-up. Any replacement needs power to investigate - Grusch level or even higher - perhaps an Executive Order to bestow the clearance needed to that organisation, and the key individuals within it so there are no barriers to investigation.
The more I traverse the spiritual and scientific communities, the more they are appearing to converge and agree. The guy who discovered that if you view refracted lasers on a wall while under the influence of DMT, you can see lines of code running, seems to on some level corroborate what quantum physicists are theorising.
Across dozens of credible reports, NHI — telepathic, highly conscious beings — consistently display two things that should stop us in our tracks.
They appear to have access to memories from past lives. And they appear to be largely indifferent to the survival of their current physical body.
Think about what that combination actually means. If you carry the memory of having lived before — and died before — and are standing here again, the survival instinct becomes almost redundant. You already know the punchline.
Death isn't the end.
It's a transition you've made before.
Now here's the irony I can't get past.
A significant portion of the UAP/NHI conversation is framed around threat. Are they hostile? Are they here to dominate? Should we be afraid?
But if the universal truth — the one the NHI apparently already know — is that we are eternal beings who simply move beyond physical death and potentially into another incarnation, what exactly would motivate a highly conscious species to dominate anything?
Domination is a survival behaviour. It's what beings do when they believe resources are finite and existence is fragile and temporary.
Strip away the survival instinct and the logic of conquest collapses entirely.
We are projecting our own programming onto them.
And that programming — this is what I find myself unable to stop seeing — governs virtually everything about how we think, feel, and choose as human beings. It isn't just the fear of death.
It's the entire architecture of human motivation. A partner. A home. Children. Security. Legacy. Follow any of those desires back far enough and you arrive at the same source. Survival. Propagation. Protection of the vessel and everything it produces.
We believe we are free thinkers. But how free is any thought that is quietly routed through an operating system we didn't choose and cannot switch off?
Here is what makes this genuinely unsettling for me personally. Becoming aware — even with deep conviction — that life continues beyond physical death does not silence the programme.
The DNA alarm keeps ringing. The instincts keep firing.
The fears keep framing your perspective. You can know the truth and still be governed by the lie.
Which brings me to the question I cannot shake.
If the universal truth is that we are eternal, and this biological encoding systematically prevents us from fully integrating that truth — keeping us afraid, acquisitive, territorial, and distracted by the business of survival — then why do we have it?
Was it an accident of evolution? Or was it designed?
And if it was designed — who benefits from a species that is conscious enough to ask the question, but encoded deeply enough that it can never fully live the answer?
Try it yourself - a thought experiment. Whatever you are fearing now, can you move beyond the coding?
Imagine your DNA was switched off for a moment.
You are an eternal being - this body is merely the taxi for this particular ride.
How do you view thos fears now?
Is DNA, ironically, our main weakness?

Purely speculative, but if multiple timelines exist, then so must multiple variations of our lived experience. Which suggests our spirit has different versions of separate but similar consciousnesses. Perhaps sleep is some form of integration and upload of all of those experiences into another level of consciousness that we are not tapped into?
I am fascinated by the awakened state. And I suspect it's more than being aware of the potential true nature of our existence of which there are plenty of different possibilities. What are apparently different topics - telepathy, the paranormal, UAPs/NHI, may well all be windows into on overarching topic which is the true nature of consciousness and what happens beyond this life. I am drawn to the coding. Or as you say "conditioned tendencies" - they dominate your whole existence. The drive to live, to propogate and create families may seem natural, but what is the relationship between those goals that drive us, and the true nature of life beyond our journey in this body?
It's honestly something I can't shake now I see it. I scroll through social media watching people in various situations share whatever it is they are sharing - and I trace it back to the DNA that controls our thinking. It's difficult to articulate, but you suddenly realise that everything you think almost has that core programming behind it. It's like being born here is like putting on the Virtual Reality headset for a game with rules that limit what you can do. And it feels "deliberate".
