Supt. Woods on HB 310, the Student Teacher Promotion Act:
HB 310 passed the GA House. It would create a needs-based grant program for Pell-eligible student teachers: up to $5K during student teaching and a $2,500 signing bonus after 30 days of teaching in a GA public school.
