Interesting read on how some airlines are tapping #AI to manage revenue. Also, Fetcherr's model prioritizes having the right data (and a LOT of data) to train its engine appropriately... I think some AI tools are lacking that critical component. AI cannot do its job w/o data.
It's not often you hear reporters talk about the impact and value of #travelagencies. In a world that encourages booking direct, these modern retailers make things so much easier for consumers and help airlines sell more seats.
