@CYBTRAFFIC@SCSC_Cyberabad Sad to see that but disagree to slowing down - which is totally subjective - these junctions need complete mandatory stop. Look around and then go.

@Ravisutanjani Very well said Ravi, one of my biggest concerns is the cleanliness in trains. We need maintenance of existing infrastructure equally important as building new infrastructure.
@IndianTechGuide Unfortunately cutting cost isnโt going to solve problems for this business model, need innovation, product building. There is so much talent in these companies but all working on body-shopping models. Need to outgrow that to tap into real potential.
@baxirahul Try top end of platinum, sailor, pilot - All Japanese, with Japanese ink of course โบ๏ธ. They are my go to pens. Tried Lapis Bard, it was disappointing, had to return pen, their ink is super fluid. Lamy is great for general use but didnโt get the grip right, balance was just fine.
@DrDeepakKrishn1@baxirahul Very true, just that each one of us has to understand that the new normal isnโt sustainable. Things will have to attended and must be brought to factory reset ๐
@lunatic_ladki Depending upon the type of work, would highly encourage buying a Claude Pro (200 USD PM)or Grok Heavy 4.0 (300 USD PM) along with Anthropic - pay per use for prompt creation instead of taking interns. OpenAI is also fine. These machines wont go to Zumba after 6 PM. ๐
@lunatic_ladki I really donโt think it is about the number, firstly the reasoning about the number must be defensible. Many fresher candidates we speak to are hung up on a particular number because their friends / classmates earn that much. Also with Gen AI Internships needed are minimal.
@prakdadlani Another huge focus area we are ignoring is the creating standards and standardization. The machine age and industrial revolution across west was successful due to the frameworks and standards developed as part of growth, west still leads in standards, skills are wasteful w/o std
@prakdadlani This is so true, the challenge today is that we donโt invest in skill building or pursue excellence. There are no new techniques, most of those are accidental workers. We need them to wear the profession, deeply immerse into it. Same things applies for developers.
