I don't think tenants will ever fully understand that using a space heater is rough on the homes wiring. Even when that space heater is disguised as a fireplace. If you're a landlord I highly recommend adding a clause to your rental agreement to protect yourself.

Went to hang a fixture and it showed using a pipe bender to make the corners but the customer wanted bigger corners so I decided to wrap the track around my fish tape instead. I think it turned out pretty good. What say you? #electricianlife #fixtures #lights #lighting

Most sparks wear clunky boots but I prefer @XeroShoes so I can feel the joists before falling through. Also, if you haven't tried a face shirt like the ones from @safishing_ you are missing out. I'm not a big fan of attics in the summer but they can be tolerable when prepared.
