Exactly the same problems existed before with the “Play with friends on PC” quest It worked for the first 1-2 days and now tons of people are having problems with it

@garywal @danimartms (1/2) sry i expressed myself poorly. i refreshed the app by pulling it down,I closed the app,re-opened it,I reinstalled it, none of this changes anything about the delay,which is different every day for the quests for me and many other users. The same applies to the MS PC App

@garywal @danimartms I use the MS app on my cell phone and the Windows app to check the status of the quest at short intervals. Both apps are up to date and have been updated and some have also been newly installed. I already mentioned that people report these problems every day, regardless of me..??

@garywal @danimartms (msg1/2 ) It's not the notifications!I check the app on my phone and PC every 20 minutes.The box where it is displayed whether the quest has been completed remains empty for up to 1-2 hrs even after checking several times. At some point the quests are tracked very late.

@garywal @danimartms (msg2/2) The same applies to the quest of playing a console game. I start Vampire Survivors and let the game run until I get the message that it is being tracked. This takes over 1 hour each time or longer. I have tried it with other games too. still nothing changes

This always takes a different amount of time, usually 30 minutes to 1 hour. When I check after 20-30 minutes whether it has been tracked, the “box”is always empty.

@garywal @danimartms thanks for the response .I didn't have any strange network problems. Today/just now there was another massive delay. Playing a PC game took 30 minutes and a console game took over 1 hour today.For 50 points it makes no sense to me to let the devices run for 1-2 hours every day :(

@garywal No problem,then I misinterpreted that.sorry, it's easy to get annoyed by the daily frustration with the rw program. As already mentioned,the non-existent contact, the"random"15 minute search timer, the reductions of points, and the daily problems with quests on PC, mobile, Xbox

@garywal That's exactly what most users are concerned about, who have been ignored for days/months,sometimes years, and to a large extent are just frustrated with the Rw program. It could be that simple. Just 1 message such as:"There are problems,we are taking care of them"would be enough
